This scale evolves a brand experience super reliable, valid, and distinct from other brand measures, including brand evaluations, brand involvement, brand attachment, customer delight, and brand personality. Moreover, brand experience affects consumer satisfaction, loyalty directly and indirectly through brand personality associations.
